- The President of India, the Vice President of India, the Prime Minister of India and Governors of States or equivalent Heads of States and Union Territories as may be invited by the Council to become Honorary Fellows for the period of their respective tenures of office.
- Through our committee, IRST may invite The President of India, the Vice President of India, the Prime Minister of India and Governors of States and equivalent Heads of States and Union Territories to become Honorary Fellows for the span of their relevant tenures of office.
Honorary Research Fellow(HRF)
The title Honorary Research Fellow is equivalent in standing to Research Fellow.
Contributes to departmental research or undertakes collaborative work with University staff that is equivalent in standing to a Research Fellow.
Has a significant reputation in the field of research/expertise and may be active in disseminating findings through publications and conferences.
Responsibilities will include:
- Develop and carry out a plan of personal research and/or lead or contribute to a research team
- Developing methodologies and techniques appropriate to the type of research
- Developing and winning support for research proposals and funding bids
- Disseminating and presenting findings in publications and conference proceedings
